Funktion

Der carryhook sorgt dafür, dass sich Dein Brompton nicht auseinander faltet, wenn Du es mit ausgezogener Sattestange bewegen oder tragen möchtest. Mit wenigen Handgriffen verbindet der carryhook den Rahmen mit dem Hinterrad, sodass diese praktisch eine Einheit darstellen. Um Deinen Rahmen nicht zu zerkratzen ist er mit einem Schutzfließ ausgestattet. Und damit Du den carryhook nicht in der Hosentasche umhertragen musst, gibt es noch eine praktische Halterung mit der er im Hinterbau Deines Brompton verstaut werden kann.

The carryhook ensures that your Brompton does not fold apart if you want to move or wear it with the seatpost extended. With just a few simple steps, the carryhook connects the frame to the rear wheel, so that they practically represent a unit. In order not to scratch your frame, it is equipped with a protective fleece. And so that you do not have to carry the carryhook around in your pocket, there is still a practical holder with which it can be stowed in the rear of your Brompton.

Montage

Der Halter wird in das Rahmendreieck unter dem Stoßdämpfer geklemmt und verrastet. Der carryhook wird mit der schmalen Seite nach unten in den Halter eingeclipst, die Aufschrift "vekay" zeigt dabei zum Nutzer. Zum entnehmen wird der carryhook nach hinten gedrückt und herausgezogen.

The holder is clamped into the frame triangle under the shock absorber and snapped into place. The carryhook is clipped into the holder with the narrow side down, the inscription "vekay" points to the user. To remove, the carryhook is pushed backwards and pulled out.

Halterung für carryhook an Brompton

Der Halter für den Carryhook, fixiert diesen im Rahmendreieck des Heckrahmens. Damit lässt sich der Carryhook bequem bei eingeklapptem Hinterrad entnehmen und wieder verstauen. Der carryhook ist nicht Teil des Lieferumfangs und muss separat bestellt werden.

Hinweis: Der Halter für carryhook ist nicht für das P- oder T-Brompton geeignet, welche Anfang 2022 vorgestellt wurden. Eine angepasste Variante ist in Entwicklung.

The holder for the carryhook fixes it in the frame triangle of the rear frame. This allows the Carryhook to be easily removed and stowed away again when the rear wheel is folded in. The carryhook is not included and has to be ordered separately.
